Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days for personalized hats and 2-3 weeks for custom business logos. We are closed for processing online orders during national holidays, weekends as well as a few additional religious holidays.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your Hats MT is not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
